Digital Media Department

In an upper-level class at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, DM 158, students learn what it is like to work in a group as they complete a project in digital media. As a member of the five-person team, I helped redesigned the Digital Media Department web site. I assisted in XHTML and CSS programming, proofreading, and information architecture. A log of our design progress, timeline, and other information is archived. I continue to maintain the site as a consultant.

A Dollar 28 Cents created a renewed web presence for The Cabrillo College Voice, the student newspaper of Cabrillo College in Aptos California. The site was in disrepair after several incarnations, usually dominated by PDF content. The site became a living, thriving center for information. After A Dollar 28 Cents’ involvement, a new developer enhanced the design, CMS, and added many exciting community-building features.
